We are hosting our second workshop with Caricia Ceramics, a visual artist, a sculptor and a teacher. Charisia Chatz, who is behind holds Caricia Ceramics, holds a BA degree in Fine Art Sculpture from the University of Brighton, UK and a MA in Curating Art & Design awarded by Kingston University in partnership with the Design Museum, London. She also obtained a diploma in Video Arts Production from the University for the Creative Arts, UK. Her academic and professional experience covers a wide spectrum around visual arts and cultural institutions. She has collaborated with organizations such as the Benaki Museum, the Museum of Cycladic Art, the Theocharakis Foundation, the NEON Organization, the DESTE Foundation, as well as with private collections of contemporary art, such as the Dakis Joannou collection and the D.Daskalopoulos collection. She has also participated in exhibitions in Greece and the Great Britain. Her experience in various artistic events includes her participation as a set designer in short film productions and her orchestration of artistic installations for cultural institutions. She has also served as a tutor at the Art & Design Department in the private education sector and in 2021 she created her personal ceramics-sculptures brand Caricia Ceramics.
